Hearing on SNWA’s denied water rights applications in eastern Nevada to be held Nov 12-13

The hearing to appeal the State Engineer’s Ruling #6446 denying Southern Nevada Water Authority’s applications for water rights in Delamar, Dry Lake and Cave Valleys is scheduled for Nov. 12 at the White Pine County Courthouse, located at 801 Clark St, in Ely, at 9 a.m. in the District Courtroom.
