DESCRIPTION:The State of Nevada Division of Water Resources\, in cooperation with the U.S. Geological Survey and the Desert Research Institute\, has been collecting data in Railroad Valley for the past 1.5 years to update the basin-wide water budget. Representatives from the Nevada Division of Water Resources\, U.S. Geological Survey\, and Desert Research Institute will provide an overview of the work completed thus far\, present preliminary data\, and answer questions on Monday January 6\, 2:00-3:00 pm at the Currant Community Center\, Currant\, NV.\n \nThe meeting is open to anyone who is interested in water resources in Railroad Valley including water right owners\, land/resource managers\, Tribal nations\, and the general public.\nClick here to see the meeting announcement.
